Excellent position to hone your customer service skills and develop proficiencies with MS Office suite, POS system, and logistics management systems. My store had some of the best employees I've had the pleasure of working with and the store owners went above and beyond for their staff.
Cons
Customers are often confused about the services provided or what is expected from them in order for the interaction to progress smoothly. Corporate managers will also show preference to 3rd party packing and shipping locations that are not official "The UPS" stores because they must voluntarily resign contracts whereas official store are obligated, this means that official stores needs are neglected over 3rd parties even if they're doing magnitudes of more business.
