      From my current experience, so far it's a cool job! - Great co workers, mostly women - Co workers treat each other like family and protect one another - Never be alone - Fun tasks like packaging and mailing

      Cons

      - It gets busy! Hoards of people! Overall the job is not hard but there's a lot to memorize. - Grumpy people come in and some just don't listen.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
