      Loved my manager, and the customers.

      Cons

      The previous owners had a bad reputation due to some health circumstances and it was hard trying to get people to understand that the store wasn’t run like that anymore.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
