Overall Okay - Assistant Manager The UPS Store Employee Review

Really flexible job with a lot of free time to do stuff

Can get a little boring at times, but not that bad at all

Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
