Pros

Great products and technologies ; Get to be part of and young and awesome talent; Inspiring leadership and awesome Teams; Great attention to quality and right amount of processes. Great team spirit and very enriching culture; Thanks ET India! Never let naysayers come even closer!

Cons

Not able to fire poisonous folks who have no work except to be jealous of other teams. Please take quick action to exit these folks who keep cribbing for every thing from policies, food, coffee and transport. Last thing on their mind is work though they keep claiming they are working hard (really ?). Greed, selfishness, incompetence and ignorance are the hallmarks of these folks. These folks never had anything useful to contribute at any level- self, team or org. It is funny when we hear "business" and "revenue" talk from these folks who don't even know how to perform. Every month they come up with a 'cry' topic. Wonder how can any organisation put up with such nuisance and for how long? Need better first level managers and not cry babies and gossip gang. Some of these folks cannot even communicate forgot managing careers for the assigned teams. Basic things like 1:1s are a disaster. Why do they still want to continue as "managers". Feel they are really damagers. I feel it is not their fault but those who hired these incapable managers. And even worse are the folks these incompetent managers hired. Together these two groups are a deadly combination to stall any success or good work. Wonder why they don't realise and just leave instead of making it hard for all.

Pros

You'll get hands-on experience with regulated lab environments, which is genuinely valuable early in your career. The CRO world gives you transferable knowledge of clinical trial operations that other companies will recognize. If you're self-motivated, there's room to build things on your own. I taught myself new tools and built reporting dashboards for my department because nobody else was going to do it. Tuition reimbursement existed when I started, which was a real benefit.

Cons

Compensation does not match the workload. You will be overworked and underpaid, and when you bring it up, nothing changes. I repeatedly asked leadership to let me take on work that aligned with my career goals and education, but I was always "too busy" with my regular responsibilities for that to happen. They'll happily benefit from your output but won't invest in your growth. The tuition reimbursement policy changed while I was mid-degree, which tells you everything about how they view employee development. Benefits are underwhelming for a company this size, and when I needed them most, they fell short. A workplace injury made it very clear where employees fall on their priority list, and it's well below the bottom line.
