getting involved in process and corporate culture openess in sharing ones view. (its only sharing !!) implementaion ???

lots of process builds up bureaucracy within the orgn for free flow of thaughts really very poor HR (inconsistence) - God may help you to get your dues once you leave the company. No growth prospectus lower level in monetory and Hierarchy Large number of higher managemnt - resultiing in less productivity. Less involvement of top management in lower level people.
