First line supervisors work incredibly hard and lead by example. High brand name recognition gets you in front of a lot of customers. Lots of growth opportunities in the company (mostly lateral) Company has been giving sales better tech support
Cons
This year's success is punished with unreasonable goals/numbers, causing many of the best reps leave the company within a few years. Top management is terrible at employee communications A commission plan so complicated that no one on the sales team or management or even payroll can explain it coherently. ThermoFisher has so many divisions, often you're competing with sales reps from your own company.
