Pros
Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.
Cons
There are so many cons. - The amount of favoritism is extraordinary. The teacher's pets can do no wrong regardless of how many mistakes they make. And the mistakes are major mistakes and frequent. - They work to death the hard-working, honest employees and let their pets get away with murder. - There are people who have been in their position for 6 months and get promoted. Do you really think they have mastered their position and are so exceptional they deserve to be promoted? I'll give you a hint, they aren't exceptional. Young and attractive, but not qualified at all. It's a popularity contest. - The outsourcing is staggering. The quality of work of the outsourcing is abysmal. - Promotions only for the cheerleaders. Doesn't matter whether they know the difference between a debit and a credit, they will be a VP in no time. - Leadership sets up meetings with each other so they don't have to do any work but look busy. - Merit increases are a joke. - Bonuses are a joke. - The CEO does not know what he is doing. Acquisitions, layoffs, acquisitions, layoffs, rinse and repeat. - Behind the times on anything technical, so much so you would think it was 1995.
