Pros
The biggest and only pro there really is, is the flexibility of hours which is why a lot of people have stayed so long. Being able to come in early so you can leave early to make doctors appointments, bank hours, school pickup, etc is incredible and really goes a long way for mental health
Cons
Where to start? -we haven’t seen promtions in over 510 days -whenever we try to ask the Director when we should start seeing them, he dances around an answer -to show appreciation for employees, we’re told maybe we could have a pizza party, which would come out of our managers’ paychecks not the company’s. -we received raises this year that don’t cover the rate of inflation, which translates to actually being paid less. -we are paid severely below the national average for this line of work -the company would rather higher a fresh grad at a position 3 below you and spend money on months of training and lower work being produced, than just promote and pay more -every department is facing these challenges so even if you transfer teams, it’s the same
