Pros
The 4 years I spent at TW Chennai is the best 4 years I have ever spent in any company. The people are great, warm and welcoming. I got to work on some excellent and challenging work. The leadership is more open and welcoming now, hope it continues
Cons
One of the main reasons I had to leave was because the work started to stagnate after 3 years and did not get a chance to rotate. I hope the leadership takes some proactive steps to rotate people (if they wish). The pay parity is also one more reason, once I started exploring opportunities I found that I am at the lower end of the pay compared to other places.
