      Smooth onboarding process but room for infrastructure improvement - Senior Consultant Thoughtworks Employee Review

      Pros

      It has been less than a month since I have joined TW. And the intial 2 weeks were smooth in terms of structured onboarding process with lots of VM for fetailed sessions on policies and ways of working at TW. Post that the staffing team is in contact for suitable project allocation.

      Cons

      Nothing major but they can definitely improve the infrastructure size just like other MNC organizations and also it would be really useful of they can provide accessories like mouse, headphones, etc to avoid people taking meeting on speaker for everyone to hear
