      - Extremely talented people - Ahead in AI race - Free food

      Cons

      - No salary increment since past 2 years - Lays-offs if you are on bench - Job is risky here. No promotions. - Indian management is terrible. Bringing in policies which are not employee friendly - Management is from low profile service company spoiling Thoughtworks' culture
