Additionally, the commitment to technical excellence continues with initiatives like the Hackathon, where participants build bold solutions and are rewarded with cool prizes and Thoughtworks Goodies, ensuring the experience is both fun and deeply rewarding for everyone involved.
Cons
The daycare tie-ups are quite limited (currently only one) compared to other organizations. Similarly, while transportation support exists, it does not appear to be as well-established or prioritized in practice as it is in some other organizations.
