Pros

- There are good peers and lots of good grads - University program for grads is good - Good amount of travel between offices

Cons

- Non-transparent leadership decisions - Strong hidden hierarchy - One person runs the whole Hyderabad office with few set of puppets - Forcing people to participate in public protests and using them for marketing or promotion for few people - Lot of immature people in mid-leadership positions - Lot of practices are publicly projected wrong
