- Better than most of the IT services companies in India in terms of developers you would be working with

- Management is full of incompetent people. GM of india are hopelessly incompetent. I don't understand how these people are able to clear interviews. In Some sense it shows that people who are interviewing them are so dumb in the first place. - Every year they sit and decide and rotate into different roles without any accountability or ownership. For some people it is a TRAVEL agency where their friends in the company sponsor their TRAVELS around world. In reality most of these people are not capable of working outside of Thoughtworks. - Under them the culture and supply of talented people has reduced significantly over the past 5 years. - All good/talented people are either leaving or have left. Only useless people in middle and upper management.
