Pros

The work style is still better than other Indian IT services company Flexible work timings and Work from home options No restrictive policies or processes Can run your own pet projects Good place for developers to learn and showcase their talents Good office infrastructure and benefits like free breakfast and lunch, snacks, coffee, juice etc

Cons

Coterie run by office principal in Chennai office and his political outlook for everything from projects to appraisals People champion in Chennai office is a disgrace to the company Bad projects nowadays which does not give developers much to work with other than listening to clients whimsical requests In pursuit of growth, they have gone behind large enterprisey clients. So no cool projects or small projects in Chennai
