Pros

As such no Pros just that only very few people are good.

Cons

1. Management do a lot of favouritism 2. If they hire you saying that they are hiring for automation taking all your rounds in automation and then they put you into manual testing project. 3. There is no proper KT and lot of EGO 4. Everyone's want to do showoff no work just shouting around and showing off. 5. Everyone wants to manage and play a blame game. 6. Lot of Blame game is played here. 7. They don't have many projects so no use of going to another project. 8. I have worked in more than 2 organization this was my worst experience of all IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OFFER PLEASE MOVE AHEAD WITH THAT DON'T EVER JOIN THOUGHTWORKS.

Thank you for your honest feedback. This sounds like a really frustrating experience. I am working with the India leadership team to gather reviews such as yours and address the pain points and challenges our employees face. I'm sorry you didn't have a more positive experience working here, but we appreciate the honest feedback. Feedback is what allows our culture to grow and improve. And we are committed to frank and open conversations (which at times can be difficult to hear) that are important in helping us to create an environment where all ThoughtWorkers can thrive. If you are happy to do so, I'd like to personally connect. Please feel free to reach out to me on anug@thoughtworks.com. Wishing you the best, Anu

Pros

I've had a great experience building my career at Thoughtworks. One of the things that stands out most is the culture. It's collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Thoughtworks has also provided me with meaningful opportunities for career growth. I've been encouraged to take on new challenges, develop new skills, and explore different career paths. Leaders have been approachable and supportive, and I've always felt empowered to own my development rather than being confined to a single role. Like any organization, we’ve had our ups and downs. But the people and the commitment to continuous learning have remained consistent strengths. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally, work with smart and passionate people, and be part of a culture that values collaboration and innovation, Thoughtworks is a great place to build your career.

Cons

None that I can think of right now.
