As a engineer at heart, part of the ones who charge first to roll up their sleeves and wade through mud and fire to solve real world problems; if you are thinking that TW is a platform for you to excel, be part of a great team and help solve world problems, you are wrong, this is not the place for you.
The once great pioneer, pinnacle of technology freedom, and excellence has fallen from grace, cemented by the fact that the founder and quite some great engineers left not so long ago to fight for a greater causes. What's left spreads with multi level class system, seniority, pride, little to no respect for general peers and a focus on being a money making machine.
There are still a handful of tough great people at TW who try drive hard to help peers, but unfortunately mixed in with a growing number of toxic individuals introduced into the system who are able to hide under the radar and stay. They are the ones who have imposter syndrome, not able or dare to ask honest straight questions and cause more misinformation by rumours.
Doing good for greater cause, the society and making the world better place, now happens at many other smaller companies.
