Pros

TW used to be an exciting technology company. Now it is stuck between wanting to be a wanna-be mini- Infosys and a left-learning NGO more interested in bedding the activists than supporting their cause. Main reason for the decay is that the founder has managed to throw out the senior executives who helped him build the company and has surrounded himself with cronies with their own agendas. A lot of them have taken up corporate jobs for the first time, coming from activist backgrounds they find themselves at odds with working in a real company which makes money. It is not a place for professionals. Even the clients face a huge risk because of the kind of people TW is hiring, given their anarchist attitude.
