Pros

They give you free access to Pluralsight for you to develop yourself.

Cons

Extremely old software which is not exciting to work with or support. Environment is not friendly or supportive. The manager and team leads are more interested in showing off then actually helping you. You won't learn anything special on the technical side as most of the tasks you help clients with are basic like create accounts, reset passwords.

This feedback has not been flagged as part of our comprehensive exit survey process and we had no external leavers from the Technical Client Management team in 2021, only internal promotions which we are proud to support as a business. Pros

Smart and interesting people back when Eddie was still the owner. Beer after work almost every day - good team spirit and a great culture. Annual company trip to some place in Europe was nice. Office environment was top-notch, with open desk for even management. Pantry always had lots of food for the staff to freely consume. A few of my old colleagues become team leads, so there must still be some good people around!

Cons

Pay was not too good; as technical consultant work sometimes gets boring and repetitive; client director back then was snobbish and a little arrogant.

A lot of very motivated people work here The level of expertise is very high so you will develop a lot Different teams and technology Flexible hours

The level of expertise is very high so promotions are harder
