Pros

- Complicated and Challenging Work, which leads to constant learning and never getting bored - Amazing Colleagues, some of the best in the business, always someone to learn from or develop new skills with - Good Benefits (and a pretty good bonus) - Helpful HR and People Team - Constantly Pushing Recruitment Team to hire the best - Great socials which are relatively regularly and different each time - (Somewhat) Cool Office, could do with a better A/C for height of summer - I've worked with some good and bad places but it's easy to see why Trayport attracts and retains it's staff at superb levels, the people do really make it special -

Cons

- The only con I've had, and I've seen it mentioned before is promotions are hard to come by, on one case it's because there are so many great people but I would argue it's probably because the levels are relatively flat, and sub levels could be added to make it easier to achieve the next level.

Pros

Smart and interesting people back when Eddie was still the owner. Beer after work almost every day - good team spirit and a great culture. Annual company trip to some place in Europe was nice. Office environment was top-notch, with open desk for even management. Pantry always had lots of food for the staff to freely consume. A few of my old colleagues become team leads, so there must still be some good people around!

Cons

Pay was not too good; as technical consultant work sometimes gets boring and repetitive; client director back then was snobbish and a little arrogant.
