Pros
Many talented people working for UBS. In CH, it is a brand that still has some weight. Compensation and benefits are on the level of the market. There have been attempts done to create positive changes on the culture.
Cons
Lack of strong leadership both on the top and middle management and this influences the loss of the talented people to the market/other Banks. Very silo-ed. Change is extremely difficult to do here. Internal politic is quite intense during this period and somewhat the organisation seems to be "senior rank-heavy".
