      The work life balance is good, working nights and weekends is uncommon

      Cons

      Limited growth perspective, limited space for salary increases, promotions and rewards in general. Culture heavily focused on policies (what you can/can’t do) rather than procedures (how you can get things done without breaching policies) which often obstacles delivery.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
