As Java developer I have worked with UBS, and I have also experince with Barclays Citi Deutsche but i would say UBS is comparively better. The common opinion that bonus and hike is not good, is not true anymore. All banks are slowly giving the same range in hike which is 3-8% . apart from hike and bonus you get good projects, good management, and most important good work life balance. No in and out times are tracked, people come at 11 leave at 3 those who live far, only your work should be completed. Good number of vacations 15 sick, 15 casual and 22.5 vacation. Best leave policy and then if you plan longterm you have stocks options as well pick up and drop cab free service. subsidised meals in cafeteria. and even if you dont like the project, try IJP but try to stay atleast few years as in the longterm it has a lot of potential because of its monopoly Job security is stable as compared to market what else you want from company.
