      Pros

      More laid back than other places. Good name on your resume. Overall seniors are nice (but really depends on who is your manager). Excellent benefits package. Better hours than other banks.

      Cons

      Be aware of headcount and low total comp due to the massive losses in 2008-2011 (altough it's much better to work here than landing a job in the industry, or working at a boutique firm). UBS is also struggling to win local market; hopefully things will get better in the upcoming years

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
