Pros
Great entry level position within the marketing department. Most of the work revolves around project and relationship management. Given the brand, it can be a little tough to truly push the envelope for getting marketing collateral created. However, when big projects are completed and you [hopefully] get feedback on how it helped an FA build their business, it can be extremely rewarding. Great colleagues help to make the work environment less stressful
Cons
Pay is definitely not competitive with the rest of the financial services industry (verified with numerous friends, ex-colleagues and recruiters with knowledge of similar job roles within the industry), too much emphasis is placed on pleasing the FA and not necessarily remaining compliant with Firm/industry regulations, career options within your department can be limited
