Pros

Advancement within UBS is disproportionately reliant now on relationships, affiliation and political capital. For some that is a strong attractor. If you excel at those you will find fertile ground to use your skills.

Cons

- lack of strategy. - recurring lack of basic skills in a variety of management practices, particularly in parts of logistics. negotiating skills, organizational behavior, strategy, etc. - very insular culture. many managers appear to be threatened by well-known best practices, advanced education, external standards, etc.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
