      Pros

      Working environement was less intense then other IB. Depending on the team you are in as in other companies, can make the work experience that much worst or better

      Cons

      Poor communication from management. High turnover from senior management and reorganization over reorganization with teams being managed in other countries was not effective.

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
