Pros
UBS had a welcoming culture when I first joined. Colleagues were friendly, nice and helpful. Culture is less competitive as compared to other financial institutions.
Cons
Slow career advancement due to flat hierachy system within UBS. Poor/minimal bonus from 2008 onwards due to the bad performance.
