Pros
UBS had pretty good benefits package system and an ok staff canteen. There are also benefits working for a global bank with different business areas
Cons
Politics rather than meritocracy. Lack of good and consistent leadership. Senior management did not appear to have a handle on the issues the bank was facing. Bullying and staff abuse was commonplace and accepted.
