Pros

great culture, very hard-working people, everything is very efficient, the best quality you can imagine, majority of people you work with are very smart and hard-working, you will rarely work with freeloaders (in my case 2people out of 70 I collaborated with during my time there), great building in London, everything is very classy and posh - from the canteen to the gym, concierge, IT Helpdesk, etc. IT and HR provide a fantastic service, in most of the cases full flexibility (however depends on the manager) to wfh

Cons

no chance to get promoted if you only work hard, I know a lot of people who left because of that. If your manager doesnt like you - you will be stuck in your position for years with no payrise. Depending on the team/role - long hours, however possible to work flexible hours. Some managers I worked for were awful - micromanaging, moody and with power issues. Ongoing restructuring, one day you come to work and have a new manager or the person is out of the company. Great culture (high quality, efficiency, welcoming creativity) but quite stressful as you never know what happens (i.e. you might lose your job because of constant restructuring and changes). I had 5 managers within 2 years, so you can imagine the rotation and the amount of changes. It was similar in my colleagues' teas. no possibility to get into trainings/do certifications if you are a junior. If your manager does not like you, even if you work hard, you will get a very low bonus and a bad performance review. There is noone to help you and you cant change the team before 18months
