Pros

Hard to explain given that the company has gone severely downhill the last few years (maybe coinciding with Sergio Ermotti leaving as CEO?)

Cons

Company is severely cutting staff who are clearly not valued to the same extent they used to. In addition, hiring is impossible and there are many cliques and boys clubs that are in force through the organisation. If your face doesn’t fit you will face problems, regardless of achievements / delivery. The company has set certain diversity benchmarks which are ridiculous (over 25% ethnically diverse in UK leadership positions by 2025 and 30% women in same positions. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
