      None besides a big name

      Cons

      - They dont provide any facility for work from home. No Laptops/No money provided for wifi - Extremely Hectic for people who work seriously - The want everyone at the same level to have the same salary so even if one has worked better than below average people there wont be much difference in their increment percentage. - They will give you unnecessary tags of star award etc but it wont reflect in your salary

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
