Pros

- Currently allows hybrid remote roles, but under constant threat of changing WFH agreements. - Pay is not great, but semi-competitive, just on the lower end. - Generally safe place to work and inclusive; not much else to say here..

Cons

- If your starting base pay isn't where you'd like it to be, you will not be compensated or rewarded for tenure and you are best working only a few years and looking for better pay elsewhere. - Raises are becoming rare as are promotions. - Hostility against remote work is on the rise as upper management is continually attacking the WFH culture looking to increase to 4 then eventually 5 days in the office from the current 3 in office and 2 from home.

Pros

I learned a lot while interning here. The staff took time to get to know me. They each introduced me to different aspects of the business and their specific role,s which gave me great exposure to the business. They were flexible on hours and understanding when I had a family emergency in a way other employers have not been or did not need to.

Cons

Not a low-effort position, and could get overwhelming if you were not prepared.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
