      Pros

      Great benefits (insurance, healthcare etc.) Nice office in SG - has gym, canteen, rest areas, etc. Pace of work is really slow (maybe for a grad) which can be a good and bad thing Lots of internal mobility opportunities though

      Compensation is below average Career progression is slow and unclear

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
