High work ethics and culture, great professionals at work, colleagues are responsible and committed to the work being done
Cons
Very unfavourable conditions for full-time consultants, low pay and no benefits, no job security and short contracts with no expectation of extensions. High stress over extension every several months, with no chance of pay increase. Organization clearly prefers male consultants for higher pay and longer contracts.
