Pros
Awesome benefits, great colleagues, lots of opportunity for travel and gaining experiences. Excellent training and inter-agency opportunities. Support by co-workers is outstanding and HR team is great.
Cons
Management is poorly organized and provides little support and direction. Politics as well as nationality play too a heavy role in the way management leads the organization. Efforts to improve national balance and gender balance trump the ability to deliver results.
