Pros
Opportunity, growth, teamwork mentality, overall happiness, opportunity to receive excellent training, skills, education. A plus to mature, take your time to find out what you do and do not want for a career/ lifestyle. Opportunity to travel to great places
Cons
Poor Management, communication between staff and administration. promotion scale slow, unfocused on potential skills gained by employees. Need to revamp selection/ promotion process. Include civilian training, certification and employment recruitment for all employees rather than those choosing to leave the service.
