Pros
Overall: Lots of experiences, some good some bad. Extremely poor leadership in many parts of this rate. Can be grueling and exhausting work. At many times you will wonder what you're doing with your life. Many people in this job are depressed or suffering from psychological issues. The equipment afforded to us is trash and we have to buy our own gear if we want to effectively do our jobs in many cases. The initial training we receive is poor at best.
