Pros

You do not have to work very hard at NAVICP to receive a very substantial ($50,000 -$90,000 annual average) paycheck. Once you have your foot in the door, you only need to find an experienced goldbricker to lead you down the yellow brick road.

Cons

Very frustrating to try and do a good job and work a full honest day for the pay given. Every employee takes over one hour for lunch when only 30 minutes are authorized. Social hour takes up most of the workday. Most employees work harder to get out of work, than if they just did the assingment. Flexible work schedule (days and hours) are not abided by and not enforced. Workers show up when they want and leave when they feel like it, without the approval or use of overly generous sick (13 days/yr.), annual(20 days/yr.) and vacation (9 days/yr.) leave.
