      Benefits are great 30 days vacation every year Many opportunities to travel places that would be slim to none outside of the Navy Training resources available are unparalleled

      Sometimes tours are not clearly defined or prolonged unnecessarily Our pay should mirror our prospective counterparts in the civilian sectors We work or are on call 24/7, but paid for 8 hours of work
