      Hiring many juniors, a chance to make the difference fast. A couple of years of experience put you in pole position for lead/manager roles. Cool offices, flexible working, banking benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of focused training, you have to learn a lot on your own. Long, slow & ineffective processes. Lack of orgsnization / leadership
