      Pros

      partecipate to a growth within an international project. One of the few italian "internationalized" company. There is a strong willness to create culture among several finance projects and setting up new best practices to export in new countries.

      Cons

      too italian as work culture and team approach. It needs a wide knowledge to feel a worlwide company
