Pros
There were a lot of benefits such as additional day off for your birthday, 13th salary, bonus for the summer, etc.
Cons
Most of the team members did not want to get their responsibilities and every time when you need them, they forward you to someone else. Also, they work with waterfall methodology and the development is really slow.
