Not much. If you want a job in Munich and lands with only this.
Cons
Very unproffesional. People working there for 40 years and so much monopoly. Seniors can make your life so hard. They will not pass the Knowledge transfer because they worry young will be promoted. And they even shout at you, as they believe, its their home and old people have to take care of the house. Managers young, but a puppet of seniors.
