      It's a company where I learned a lot and also, they give me the opportunity to grow. For me it means a lot to be able to grow in a company, my work is appreciated, and they believe in the capacity I have and in what I can give in return to the company. I'm very honored and grateful to be part of VFS Global Family.

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      Cons

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
