      Oh boy where do i begin.... Jk its not that bad but decision making is the slowest. Everyone keeps saying this is normal but WHY??? We made it normal people, it should not be normal. I should not wait for approval to change a computer or fix a scanner for 2 weeks. please change this and make quicker decisions.

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
