Enthusiastic, career oriented, honest and more dedicated productive staff no where find difficulty in this organization

Cons

We can't change mindset but we can highlight true path of a career journey. Some how people who join for earnings only need to think out of their comfort zones that there is still more, a person can earn a reputation if same person earns respect for this organization

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
