      Small Office size, very international

      Cons

      They provide no help with IT issues, you are on your own. Everything constantly breaks down or expires and they won't fix it. Poor communication, bad location, no help with transportation, BAD management, they pay you late, and pay is very VERY low. Must have a lot of patience and no common sense to work here.

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      Cons

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
