Pros
work environment is good. For a Fresher good company to work with. Bonus perks and benefits offered to an employee is good.
Cons
salary increment process too slow. fresher and experience employees they almost get the same salary just the designation difference and nothing else. no fixed timing 8-5 is just for saying you will always end up stretching for long hours. overtime 60-65 rs per hour is the worst thing. worst politics in the company compared to any other company.
